Michael Marchese, M.D.
Dr. Michael Marchese is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, known for delivering results that feel effortless, refined, and uniquely tailored to each individual. With comprehensive training in both general and plastic surgery, he combines advanced technical expertise with a nuanced understanding of form, function, and proportion.

Before entering medicine, Dr. Marchese earned a degree in biology from SUNY Geneseo and worked with the Department of Public Health, where he developed an early passion for patient advocacy. He received his medical degree from the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, where he also completed EMT training.
Dr. Marchese went on to complete a five-year general surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, serving as both academic and administrative chief resident. He then pursued fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Emory University— with particular strength in aesthetic and breast surgery.
He now lives in Englewood, New Jersey, with his wife and their dogs. Outside of the operating room, he enjoys art, cycling, and racquet sports—drawn to the same balance of precision and creativity that defines his surgical work.
