Breast Cancer Awareness month is here, in light of this we would like to kick start our “Pay it forward” Fundraiser.  

As an added incentive, the person who gets the most friends to share their stories will receive a free Botox treatment.  Here's how it works.  

Help us “Pay It Forward”...Share your story of a random act of kindness and we will donate $10 for every story that is shared on this page to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness. We will donate up to $10,000, so help Pay It forward by sharing this request with friends.

 (If you don't have a story of your own, share one that you have found inspirational.) 

To be the winner of the free Botox treatment, each story must be posted to the Northern Center for Plastic Surgery FB page and have your name in the post, make sure to like us on FB as well. For example if I send this to my friend and they post for me, my request to them is “Please help me pay it forward for breast cancer awareness month. In doing so, I have the chance to win a complimentary Botox treatment, please visit the Northern Center for Plastic Surgery FB page and share your story and add this comment to the page when posting.  "Thank you (your name here) for helping me pay it forward for Breast Cancer Awareness, here is my story.”

Terms & conditions---there will only be one winner; the Botox treatment is valued at $450.00 and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.  The winner must visit the Northern Center for Plastic Surgery to receive one Botox treatment within one year of the winner being announced.
