How long does Sculptra last? Sculptra works differently than traditional fillers. Results develop gradually over 4-6 weeks as your body's natural collagen production is stimulated, creating subtle, natural-looking improvements that continue to enhance over several months. Most patients enjoy results for up to two years. A full treatment with Sculptra Aesthetic requires an average of three injection sessions which occur over a few months at NCPS in Bergen County.
