Automated MicroNeedling: Microneedling is a procedure, which uses an automated microscopic needle to create controlled micro-injuries to the skin, that results in production of collagen and elastin and improvement of wrinkles and acne scars during your skin’s natural repair process. Our microneedling treatment in NJ creates thousands of microscopic channels that can be used to allow delivery of topical medications such as hydroquinone gel or retinol to the deep layers of the dermis to treat skin pigmentation problems like melasma. If the antibiotic was prescribed to treat an active skin infection, you should wait until that infection completely resolves and consult with your physician before undergoing any elective microneedling treatment.
