ProFractional™ Laser

ProFractional™ Laser

ProFractional™ Laser is a specialized laser that can significantly improve your skin texture.   It can be used to improve acne scarring, surgical and traumatic scars, reduce pore size and produce mild skin tightening.

The laser (2940 Erbium) makes thousands of tiny microscopic channels in your skin, causing it to regenerate new cells in a very even pattern, so that the damaged areas are smoothed out.  Because it leaves adjacent epidermis intact, healing occurs from the undamaged edges, resulting in a more rapid recovery than a full field laser at a given depth.

What Is Profractional Laser?

ProFractional Laser Resurfacing utilizes the fractional laser on your entire face, to remove pinpoint columns of skin, leaving the surrounding tissue intact. Using this approach allows the laser to penetrate very deeply for effective collagen remodeling.  By leaving your surrounding tissue intact, your body is able to heal itself faster, so there is less social downtime. You can expect improved skin texture, line and wrinkle reduction and overall improvement in skin quality.  Some skin tightening may also occur as part of the treatment.
